The Icom IC-V82 has not been produced by Icom since 2014. The radios used in the Lebanon were fakes made by God knows who. Icom had nothing to do with it.

The headline is accurate. Icom *is* the brand behind the bombings.

Sorry, the headline is NOT accurate. Icom, a respected Japanese company which supplies among others the U.S. military, is NOT associated with the bombings in any way, contrary to what is implied by the headline. The devices used were fakes which bore fake Icom logos. The difference is important. I would say the headline is potentially even libelous.
